Shipping policy
We shipped all our products Worldwide and most of our orders will be dispatched within 72 hours Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time is estimated by the Courier not Soothe Skin.
UK Orders
All UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded with estimated delivery time between 1-3 working days.
Rest of the World Orders
Express Delivery time estimated between 2-5working days via DHL
Free standard Delivery estimated delivery time is between 7-15 working days via Royal Mail
Standard Delivery time is 7-15 working days via Royal Mail
