Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, you have three calendar days from the day you received your order to return the item(s). Please inform us in writing within three calendar days that you wish to cancel and return your unused order. In order to be eligible for a refund, products must be unused and must be in its original packaging and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including your original delivery charge. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we cannot except or provide refunds for items that have been used or opened.
How to return
Please ensure that you include your receipt and number for the order when returning it to our office as this will allow us to trace it. Make sure your item or package has been wrapped accordingly and return to the address below. All returned items are at your own cost and therefore we recommend that you send it via recorded or tracked postage. We will only be responsible for the item, once it has been received at our office.
Once received, the item will be inspected and we will send you an email to inform you. Also we will notify you whether it was approved or rejected of refund.
If approved, then refund will be 5% less restocking fee and shipping cost. But there will be 12% for orders processed in other currencies other than Great Britain Pounds (GBP). You should receive your refund via original payment method within 72 hours
All shipping cost are non-refundable.
